What does a day at the company looks like?

As a Sales Representative at Tingstad, your main focus will be on new customer acquisition in the Helsinki region. You will plan and structure your own work, spending a large part of your time meeting customers within the restaurant and/or hotel segment. The role is about identifying needs, building relationships and developing business from the ground up.

Your responsibilities include:

• proactively reaching out to new customers through outbound sales, both by phone and in-person visits

• developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers

• managing the full sales process – from first contact to closing and follow-up

• working in a structured and consistent way with your sales activities

• contributing to Tingstad’s continued growth in the Finnish market

This is a results-driven role with clear targets linked to sales and growth. You will have a high degree of autonomy in how you organise your work, combined with clear expectations on driving business forward and delivering results.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you have experience in sales and are comfortable reaching out to new customers. Ideally, you have worked in a proactive sales role where you have managed the full sales cycle. Experience from the restaurant or service industry is a strong advantage. You hold a valid driver’s license and are fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus, as you will be part of a Swedish group.

As a person, you are confident in social situations and build trust naturally. You enjoy taking responsibility for your work and creating structure in your day-to-day activities. You are results-oriented, proactive in your approach and follow through on your business opportunities. You are also attentive in customer dialogues and able to adapt your approach based on the situation and the customer’s needs.
