We are seeking an analytical and data-driven HR specialist to OX2 in Stockholm. What does a day at the company look like?
We are currently seeking an HR specialist with expertise in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Payroll as well as with experience and interest in the broader HR areas such as Compensation & Benefits, and People Analytics. As a part of OX2´s dynamic HR team, comprising 7 members, you will collaborate with colleagues across different countries and technologies, contributing to their continued growth and success. Responsibilities and key aspects of the role: • Take ownership of the HR system as a superuser, working alongside HR, IT, and Finance to develop smarter ways of working within HRIS • Drive the development of all HR systems related to our people processes including payroll system landscape • Coordinate with OX2 IT team and the user community to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems • Maintaining and administering ad hoc report writing tools for end users; training and assisting users of those ad hoc report writing tools • Payroll: Main responsible for our global system landscape and future development of processes and our way of working • People Analytics: Leverage data across existing HRIS but also business data to build cross-data analytics that bring insightful statistics and reports to the business and HR-team • Compensation & Benefits: interest in developing skills to support in compensation and benefits administration, including bonus calculations, preparation for salary reviews, and salary benchmarking In this role, you will report to the Compensation and Benefit Director, based in Stockholm.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience in HR within a growing international company, where you have actively contributed to process development. Familiarity with different HR systems and experience in payroll is advantageous. You have excellent system skills and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. As a person, you are solution-oriented, analytical, and passionate about streamlining and structuring the processes you work with. You get excited when building, creating, and developing but also understand the importance of maintaining good quality in data, processes, and systems. We are seeking a team player and someone who wants to be part of driving this company forward.
